• Mouth breathing, Skin conditions, Smoking, Harsh lip products.

Symptoms

• Itching or burning, Bleeding, Difficulty in smiling or speaking.

REMEDY 1
Honey and Vaseline
• This mixture hydrates and soothes dry lips.

Ingredients
• Honey, Vaseline or petroleum jelly.

Instructions
• Mix equal parts honey and Vaseline, apply a thin layer on lips before bedtime.

Guidelines
• Mix honey and Vaseline in equal parts, apply before bedtime.

REMEDY 2
• Coconut oil provides natural moisture and promotes healing.

Ingredients
• Virgin coconut oil.

Instructions
• Apply a small amount of coconut oil on your lips several times a day.
