Vertigo is a sensation of spinning or dizziness, where a person feels as though they or their surroundings are moving or spinning, even when they are not.

Causes
• Migraines, Head injury or trauma, Ear infections.
• Medications, Alcohol or drug use, Neurological conditions.

Symptoms
• Spinning sensation, Loss of balance, Nausea.
• Vomiting, Sweating, Abnormal eye movements (nystagmus).

REMEDY 1
Hydration and Salt Intake.
• Adequate hydration and balanced salt intake can help regulate fluid balance in the inner ear, potentially reducing vertigo symptoms.

Ingredients
• Salt.

Instructions
• Stay well-hydrated, and maintain a balanced salt intake in your diet.

Guideline
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and maintain a balanced diet that includes a moderate amount of salt.
• Avoid excessive salt intake, as it may contribute to high blood pressure and other health issues.

REMEDY 2
Ginger Tea.
• Ginger tea can provide relief from hand due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients
• Fresh ginger root (1-2 inches), Water (1 cup), Honey (optional).

Instructions
• Bring a cup of water to a boil.
• Add the ginger slices to the boiling water.
• Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain the tea into a cup.
• Optionally, add honey for sweetness.

Guidelines
• Drink this tea 2-3 times a day as needed.
• Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe stomach discomfort.
