Symptoms
• Headaches, Muscle tension, Fatigue, Insomnia.
• Digestive problems, Racing thoughts, Irritability, Changes in appetite.
• Difficulty concentrating, Increased heart rate.
REMEDY 1
Chamomile Tea
• Chamomile tea is known for its calming properties and may help reduce stress and anxiety.
Ingredients
• 1 chamomile tea bag or 1-2 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers,1 cup of hot water, Honey or lemon (optional).
Instructions
• Place the chamomile tea bag or dried chamomile flowers in a cup.
• Pour hot water over the tea bag or flowers.
• Cover the cup and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
• strain the tea if using dried flowers or bag. Add honey or lemon for taste if desired.
Guidelines
• Avoid chamomile if you are allergic to plants in the Asteraceae family, like ragweed or marigolds.
REMEDY 2
Lavender Aromatherapy
• Lavender aromatherapy can promote relaxation and reduce stress.
Ingredients
• 3-5 drops of lavender essential oil, A bowl of hot water.
Instructions
• Boil a pot of water and carefully pour it into a heatproof bowl.
• Add 3-5 drops of lavender essential oil to the hot water.
• Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and inhale the steam deeply for 10-15 minutes.
Guidelines
• Be cautious when using essential oils, as some individuals may be sensitive to them. Dilute the oil or discontinue use if you experience any adverse reactions.
