Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) or (Polycystic Ovarian Disease) is a hormonal disorder that affects many women. While there is no cure for PCOS, there are some home remedies and lifestyle changes that may help manage its symptoms and improve overall well-being.
Causes
• Insulin resistance, Hormonal imbalances, Genetic factors.
• Inflammation, Lifestyle factors (diet, exercise).
• Excess insulin production, Obesity, Elevated androgen levels.
Symptoms
• Irregular menstrual cycles, Excessive hair growth.

REMEDY 1
Dietary Changes
• Low Glycemic Index (GI) Foods.

• Balanced Diet

REMEDY 2
Regular Exercise.
