Mouth pain refers to discomfort or soreness experienced in the oral cavity, including the gums, tongue, lips, and inner cheeks.

Causes
• Dental issues, Mouth sores or ulcers, Oral infections.
• Trauma or injury, Allergies, Oral cancer.

Symptoms
• Pain or discomfort in the mouth, Swelling or inflammation.
• Sores or ulcers, Redness, Bad breath, Tooth sensitivity.
• Bleeding gums.

REMEDY 1
Saltwater Rinse
• A saltwater rinse helps reduce inflammation and promotes healing.

Ingredients
• Warm water, salt.

Instructions
• Dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of salt in 8 ounces of warm water. Rinse your mouth gently with the solution several times a day.

REMEDY 2
Honey and Turmeric Paste.
• Honey and turmeric possess antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients
• Honey, turmeric powder.

• Mix a pinch of turmeric powder with honey to create a paste
• Apply it to the affected area for 15 minutes, then rinse.

• Ice cubes, thin cloth or towel.
