Mouth Odour-Mouth odour, commonly referred to as bad breath is an unpleasant and foul-smelling odour that originates from the mouth.

Mouth odour could be caused due to the reason mentioned below:
• Poor oral hygiene, Bacterial overgrowth in the mouth.
• Dental issues (cavities, gum disease), Dry mouth.
• Smoking and tobacco use.

Symptoms of mouth odour:
• Foul or unpleasant breath, Unpleasant taste in the mouth.
• Dry mouth, Coating on the tongue.
• White or yellow buildup on the teeth.

REMEDY 1
Cloves and Cardamom Chewing for mouth odour.
• Cloves and cardamom have natural antibacterial properties for fresher breath.

Ingredients
• Cloves, cardamom pods.

Instructions
• Chew on a clove or cardamom pod for a few minutes to combat mouth odour.

Guideline
• Avoid swallowing cloves or cardamom pods.
• spit them out after chewing to prevent choking hazards.

REMEDY 2
Cinnamon and Honey Paste.
• Cinnamon has antibacterial properties, while honey can soothe the mouth.

Ingredients
• Ground cinnamon, honey.

Instructions
• Mix a pinch of ground cinnamon with honey to create a paste.
• apply it to your tongue and gums, and leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing.

Guidelines
• Be cautious not to use excessive amounts of cinnamon, as it can be potent, and if irritation occurs, discontinue use.
