About

A migraine is a debilitating neurological disorder characterized by severe headaches often accompanied by symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound.

Causes
• Genetic factors, Hormonal changes, Alcohol and caffeine consumption, Weather changes, Physical exertion.
• Triggers such as certain foods, stress, or lack of sleep, Neurological abnormalities.
• Environmental factors, Medication overuse.

Symptoms
• Throbbing headache, Nausea and vomiting.
• Sensitivity to light and sound, Aura, Pulsing or pounding pain.
• Unilateral headache, Fatigue, Dizziness, Neck pain.

REMEDY 1
• Peppermint oil compress can provide soothing relief for migraine.

Ingredients
• 3-5 drops of peppermint essential oil,2 cups of hot water, A clean washcloth.

Instructions
• Add 3-5 drops of peppermint essential oil to the hot water.
• Soak a clean washcloth in the peppermint oil-infused water.
• Lie down in a comfortable position and place the washcloth on your forehead.
• Relax and keep the compress on your forehead for about 15-20 minutes.

Guidelines
• Ensure that the washcloth is not too hot to prevent burns.
• If you're sensitive to strong scents, you can start with fewer drops of peppermint oil and adjust as needed.

REMEDY 2
• Ginger tea can provide relief from hand due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients
• Fresh ginger root (1-2 inches),Water (1 cup),Honey (optional).

Instructions
• Bring a cup of water to a boil. Add the ginger slices to the boiling water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain the tea into a cup.
• Optionally, add honey for sweetness.
