• Arthritis, Injury or trauma, Overuse or strain, Gout.
• Autoimmune diseases, Infection.
Symptoms
• Pain or discomfort in the affected joint(s), Swelling or inflammation.
• Stiffness and reduced range of motion Warmth or tenderness around the joint. Weakness or instability.
• Redness of the skin over the joint.
REMEDY 1
Turmeric Paste.
Turmeric's anti-inflammatory properties can help alleviate joint pain.
Ingredients
• Turmeric powder, water.
Instructions
• Mix turmeric powder with water to make a paste, apply to the affected area, and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off.

Ginger Tea.
Ginger tea can provide relief from hand due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingredients

• Simmer for 5-10 minutes, Strain the tea into a cup.
