Headache

About

Headache is a sensation of discomfort or pain that occurs in the head or upper neck region.

Causes
• Caused by various factors, including tension, stress, sinus congestion, dehydration, or underlying medical conditions.
• Lack of vitamins and minerals in the body leading to physical weakness that manifests itself in the form of a headache.
• Other illness like sinusitis and migraine.

Symptoms
• Dull, aching pain on both sides of the head.
• A sensation of tightness or pressure around the head.
• Intense, excruciating pain, usually around one eye.
• Throbbing or pulsating pain, often on one side of the head.
• Pain and pressure in the forehead, cheeks, and/or the bridge of the nose.

REMEDY 1
Cinnamon (Dalchini).

Ingredients:
• Cinnamon, Water.

Instructions
• Powder the cinnamon and make it as a paste.

Guidelines
• Apply on the forehead 2 to 3 times every day.

REMEDY 2
Cloves.
You can also crush a few cloves, place it in a small piece of cloth or handkerchief and inhale it.

Ingredients
• Clove, Salt, Milk, Honey.

Instructions
• In a small saucepan, pour the milk and add the whole cloves.
• Heat the milk on low to medium heat until it begins to simmer. Do not bring it to a rolling boil.
• Once the milk starts simmering, reduce the heat and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes. After steeping, remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the milk to remove the cloves.
• If desired, add honey for sweetness and flavour.

Guidelines
• Drink it 2 to 3 times every day.

REMEDY 3
Ginger tea is a flavourful and soothing beverage that offers several potential health benefits. While it's not a significant source of vitamins or minerals, it contains some essential nutrients and bio-active compounds.

Ingredients:
• 1-inch piece of fresh ginger,1 cup of water, Honey (optional).

Instructions
• Peel and slice the ginger. Boil the ginger slices in one cup of water for about 10 minutes.
• Strain the tea and add honey for sweetness if desired.

Guidelines
• Sip the ginger tea slowly. Drink it 2 to 3 times a day.
