Causes

• Impaired liver function.

Symptoms
• Headache, Nausea and vomiting, Fatigue and weakness.
• Thirst and dehydration, Sensitivity to light and sound.

REMEDY 1
Banana and Honey Smoothie.
• A banana and honey smoothie can help replenish nutrients and alleviate hangover symptoms due to its potassium content and soothing properties.

Ingredients
• Ripe banana, honey, yogurt (optional).

Instructions
• Blend a ripe banana with honey and yogurt (if desired) to help replenish nutrients and ease hangover symptoms.

Guidelines
• You can have this once a day.

REMEDY 2
• Ginger tea can provide relief from hand due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients
• Fresh ginger root (1-2 inches), Water (1 cup), Honey (optional).

Instructions
• Bring a cup of water to a boil. Add the ginger slices to the boiling water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain the tea into a cup.
• Optionally, add honey for sweetness.

Guidelines
• Drink this tea 2-3 times a day as needed.
• Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe stomach discomfort.
