Hand pain is discomfort or distress experienced in the hand, often due to various underlying causes.
Causes
• Trauma or injury, Repetitive strain, Tendinitis.
• Ganglion cysts, Nerve compression Fractures Infections.
Symptoms
• Swelling Stiffness, Numbness or tingling.
• Weakness, Redness or warmth.
• Difficulty gripping or holding objects, Burning sensation
REMEDY 1
Ice Pack
• Using an ice pack can help reduce pain and inflammation in the affected area.
Ingredients
• Ice cubes, thin cloth or towel.
Instructions
• Wrap ice cubes in a cloth
• apply it to the painful hand for 15-20 minutes.

• Take breaks between applications and consult a doctor if pain persists.
REMEDY 2
Epsom Salt Soak.
• Relieves muscle soreness and reduces inflammation in the hand.

• Dissolve 1-2 cups of Epsom salt in a tub of warm water.
