Fever is a temporary increase in body temperature, often a response to an infection, illness, or other medical condition, and is typically characterized by temperatures above the normal range of 98.6°F (37°C).

Causes
• Infections, Inflammatory Conditions.
• Heat Exhaustion or Heatstroke.
• Exposure to excessive heat and dehydration.
• Vaccination, Hormonal Disorder.

Symptoms
• Elevated body, Temperature Chills and Shivering Sweating.
• Headache, Loss of Appetite.
• Irritability and Restlessness, Dehydration.

REMEDY 1
• Honey and lemon can soothe a sore throat and provide relief due to their antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
• Warm water (optional).

Instructions
• Mix honey and lemon juice in a small bowl.
• Consume the mixture as needed to soothe a sore throat.
• You can dilute it in warm water for a soothing drink.

Guidelines
• Use raw, organic honey for its potential antibacterial properties.
• For adults, you can take the honey and lemon mixture as often as needed for throat relief. Do not give honey to children under 1 year of age.

REMEDY 2
• Ginger tea can help alleviate nausea and digestive discomfort with its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients
• 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced, 1 cup of water.
• Honey or lemon (optional).

Instructions
• Boil the ginger slices in water for 5-10 minutes. Strain the tea into a cup.
• Add honey or lemon for flavour, if desired. Sip the ginger tea slowly to help relieve nausea.

Guidelines
• Fresh ginger is more potent, but you can also use ginger tea bags or ginger powder.
• If you're pregnant or have a history of gallstones, consult a healthcare professional before using ginger remedies.

REMEDY 3
Turmeric Milk (Golden Milk) for Immunity:
• Turmeric milk, or golden milk, may boost immunity and reduce inflammation thanks to the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based), 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
• 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of honey (optional).

Instructions
• Pour the milk into a saucepan and warm it over low to medium heat.
• Add the turmeric powder and black pepper to the warm milk.
• Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• If desired, add honey for sweetness and stir until it's dissolved.

Guidelines
• If you're not accustomed to the taste of turmeric, start with a smaller amount and gradually increase it.
• Avoid boiling the milk with the turmeric, as this can lead to curdling.
